Barren Creek Roasted Garlic Beef Jerky Nutritional Info

On opening the bag, I clearly detect the garlic aroma. The cut is about medium and the jerky tears easily. The initial taste is garlic followed by the Worchestershire and beef. Chewability is about medium. Not difficult to chew, but does require some chewing. For a complete and detailed review, see my Barren Creek Roasted Garlic Beef Jerky Video Review below.

This jerky has a nice beef flavor with mild garlic. Not overpowering, but with a nice, subtle garlic flavor that marries well with the fresh seasonings on the jerky. I characterize this jerky as a traditional jerky with excellent garlic flavor.
