Today I am reviewing Joe’s Jerky Buffalo Style Chicken Jerky. Joe’s Jerky is out of Sherrill, New York and owned by Joe Robinson who has over 20 years experience as a meat cutter in the supermarket industry.
Like many others Joe started out making jerky for snacks for family and friends who consistently asked him for more. About 3 years ago, Joe decided to go into business full-time and opened up Joe’s Jerky.
From the label, Joe’s Chicken Jerky is made in the USA and is gluten free. The ingredients include Chicken, Buffalo Style Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Hot Sauce with Cayenne Peppers, Vinegar Hot Sauce with pineapple and habanero and chipotle peppers, Liquid Smoke, Sodium Nitrite (which is used for curing) and Sprayed with Potassium Sorbate solution to help protect freshness. Contains Soy.
The jerky comes in resealable packaging and it’s 3.0 oz. Resealable packaging for this size jerky is important as typically you will not eat the entire package at once.
